Our Pool Lifesaving Program is geared towards athletes ages 7 years old and older (including adults). Our program work to develop the athletes swimming strokes and techniques, and work to improve their overall fitness levels (i.e., strength, speed, endurance). Our program teaches the athletes lifesaving skills, which allows them to compete in regional and provincial pool lifesaving competitions. The lifesaving skills acquired are transferrable and will better prepared them to taking future lifesaving and lifeguarding courses and programs.
The practices will take place at the Aurora Family Leisure Complex (135 Industrial Parkway North, Aurora), and at the Stronach Aurora Recreation Complex (1400 Wellington Street East, Aurora).
The Spring 2025 season is from Saturday, September 20th, 2025 to June 21st, 2026.
