Starting this Fall, RVLC will be running a pool lifesaving program geared towards RVLC parents. The Learn to Lifesaving Sport for Adults is a continuous year-round program that focuses on teaching parents: the basic of swimming, the essentials of lifesaving and rescue of others, and an introduction to pool lifesaving sport skills. This is a great way to get exposure to lifesaving sport, stay active in swimming, and train to get certified in Lifesaving Bronze Medallion. Most important, this is a great way to train along with your children and experience the sport first-hand.
